Originally from the UK, Gavin is a seasoned, visionary and creative entrepreneur with a background in global brand marketing and management consulting. His consulting firm, Isosceles Consulting, advised senior directors and boards of large multinational corporations, with clients including: Unilever, Diageo, Cadbury, Nestlé, Reckitt, Bacardi and Coca-Cola. Gavin now works in the entertainment industry as both a creative and executive producer, as well as volunteering his time at a local community food bank. He is an award-winning writer, an actor, painter, sculptor, poet and imbiber of traditional craft ales, especially after the gym.

Prior to setting up in private practice, Ted worked for Columbia Pictures, before becoming Vice President Business Affairs for CBS Television then Vice President, Business Affairs for MGM/UA Television. He is admitted to both the New York State Bar and the California State Bar and has worked with every major studio and broadcaster. Out of office hours you will find Ted on a bicycle-made-for-two with his wife, Donna, playing the ukulele and spending time with his grandchildren. 

Henry is a takeover entrepreneur, an active catalyst for the creation of substantial shareholder value in a variety of industries, both public and private. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at Harvard University and a visiting professor at York University in Toronto. He is the author of the book Governance Arbitrage – Blowing Up the Public Company Governance Model to Maximize Long-Term Shareholder Value.
