Originally from the UK, Gavin is a seasoned, visionary and creative entrepreneur with a background in global brand marketing and management consulting. His consulting firm, Isosceles Consulting, advised senior directors and boards of large multinational corporations, with clients including: Unilever, Diageo, Cadbury, Nestlé, Reckitt, Bacardi and Coca-Cola. Gavin now works in the entertainment industry as both a creative and executive producer, as well as volunteering his time at a local community food bank. He is an award-winning writer, an actor, painter, sculptor, poet and imbiber of traditional craft ales, especially after the gym.

With a degree in journalism, Kathleen has worked in private banking across several US States including the entertainment division of HSBC Bank Beverly Hills, California. A consummate multitasker, she is also a passionate baker, foodie and catnapper with her family’s two ginger cats. Kathleen also plays guitar and is the proud owner of a Gibson short-body acoustic.

Prior to setting up in private practice, Ted worked for Columbia Pictures, before becoming Vice President Business Affairs for CBS Television then Vice President, Business Affairs for MGM/UA Television. He is admitted to both the New York State Bar and the California State Bar and has worked with every major studio and broadcaster. Out of office hours you will find Ted on a bicycle-made-for-two with his wife, Donna, playing the ukulele and spending time with his grandchildren.

Pedro currently heads operations at one of Canada's leading investment broker-dealers and digital wealth management firms. Originally from Spain, he has lived and worked in the UK, US, UAE, Germany, and Russia. Building the core of his career in financial services, he also spent several years working as a talent/packaging agent for one of Spain's oldest and most renowned talent agencies. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, restoring classic cars, and supporting the theatre arts, and like Chili Palmer, loves all things LA.

Henry is a takeover entrepreneur, an active catalyst for the creation of substantial shareholder value in a variety of industries, both public and private. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at Harvard University and a visiting professor at York University in Toronto. He is the author of the book Governance Arbitrage – Blowing Up the Public Company Governance Model to Maximize Long-Term Shareholder Value. If you see Henry without a tie, you know hell has frozen over.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Golden Ratio Capital Partners, he has acted as a trusted advisor and sounding board to Gavin Chalcraft for several years, with a knack for asking questions most people are too afraid to ask. As a regular at the gym, Keith does not believe AI will ever be able to lift weights for him.
