OWNERSHIP
Unlike most funds of this type that act as third-party agents between investors and studios we own the IP assets to an entire slate of projects. This gives us greater creative control, as well as greater control over accounting transparency, which funds of funds investing in studio projects cannot legitimately offer the investor.
ACCESS
Like most funds of this type, we also have access to top Hollywood talent agencies and distributors. Our projects are packaged with Oscar, BAFTA and Emmy winning/nominated casts and crews, based on award-winning scripts.
Budgets
While our projects comprise a mix of budgets, they sit mainly in mid-range bracket – an under-resourced budgetary bracket within the global marketplace. This provides a space between inflated studio budgets which bloat storytelling and the low-budget independent sector which often constricts the ability to make prestige, quality films and find wider international audiences.
Risk
Our slate allows investors to mitigate risk over a number of diverse projects from live action/animated film, television series, documentaries, theatre productions and podcasts.
Scope
Our projects cover a wide geographic area from the US, Canada, UK and Europe, offering some of the highest production tax rebates, along with some of the best investor tax incentives anywhere in the world.
